Question

Our invitation is only addressed to one person in our party, how do we know who all is invited?

Answer

Due to an issue with the invitation company, Our envelopes were only address to one person out of each party. Please go to our RSVP page and type in the name of someone in your party, there you will find the RSVP information for the guests in your party.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Our wedding will have a plated dinner with your choice of entree. If you do not RSVP by April, 19th we will not have a seat(s) or a plated dinner reserved for you and your party.

Where is the ceremony located?

Answer

The ceremony will be near the front-side of the hotel on the boulevard. If there is rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors. There will be ushers available to escort everyone to the correct location.

Where is the reception located?

Answer

The reception is located at the Hilton Garden Inn in the ballroom area. There will be ushers to escort everyone to the right place.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is located behind the hotel. This parking is exclusively for this event, so there is no need to stress where to park, especially with the busyness of the mall.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30, so please plan to be seated at a proper time before the ceremony starts. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Since this will be an unplugged ceremony, we ask that photos are not taken during the ceremony out of respect for our photographer and videographer. No need to fear, though; after the bride reaches the alter, our officiant will authorize one minute for the audience to take photos of the bride and the groom.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Yes, our DJ is prepared with lights and music for a huge dance party after dinner and speeches. There will be a 10-minute announcement before the dancing starts to allow those who do not wish to stay to say their congratulations and goodbyes to the newlyweds.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All plus-ones and children have been accounted for and authorized in your RSVP. However, if your child is under 2 you may bring them without an RSVP notice. If you have any questions about your plus-one or child, please email ledyardwedding@gmail.com.

What kind of refreshments will there be?

Answer

We will be serving an open bar for our reception. The open bar will have an assortment of wines, seltzers, beers (local, imported, and domestic), and Coke products. If you will be drinking alcoholic beverages, please ensure that you have a DD (designated driver) or a hotel to stay at within close distance.
