Shuttle to/from hotels and venue

Hotels to Venue: Shuttle to the venue will hold 33 passengers. There will be 2 pick-up times for anyone wanting a ride to the venue. The shuttle will be stopping at both hotels. First pick-up will be at 12:30pm at the Hyatt then stopping at the Holiday Inn at roughly 12:55pm before heading to the venue. The second pick up time will be 1:40pm from the Hyatt, then stopping at the Holiday Inn at roughly 2:05pm before heading to the venue. Please plan accordingly. Venue to Hotels: When the party is winding down there will be a shuttle ready to take guests back to their respective hotel. This shuttle holds 36 passengers. The first pick up time will be 10:00pm from the venue heading to both hotels. The second pick-up time will be 11:15pm and the final pick-up time will be 12:15am.
