Please arrive 20-30 min before the ceremony begins.
We addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting a cocktail attire for our evening! This includes floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses, or a suit and tie or a sport coat. Please, no jeans. If you're looking for specific colors to match our color pallet we suggest light neutral colors, lighter shades of purple, greens or gold/champagne!
We kindly ask that you do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, etc. We also ask that you do not wear black as it is reserved for the mothers of the bride and groom.
We will be serving signature drinks, beer, and wine! The bar will be open from the beginning of cocktail hour at 5pm to about 10:30pm! However, please be aware of your tolerance for alcohol as vomiting results in trouble for the bride and groom from the venue. Also, please note that the venue has a no-smoking policy for any enclosed spaces. Smoking outdoors is allowed as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Additionally, the illegal use of drugs or narcotics on the premises is prohibited and will result in termination of the wedding.
Our venue offers enough parking spaces for about 50 cars. However, since the drinks are on us (for those old enough to have a few drinks), we recommend carpooling or Ubering!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for her to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
