Stuart is the location of Bonnie and Clyde's last bank robbery. The bank still stands downtown, kitty-corner from Dollar General. The Bridges of Madison County and John Wayne's birthplace/museum are just a 30-minute drive away. Panora, 15 minutes north of Stuart, offers golfing and Lake Panorama.
