What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 2:30 and 2:45pm. The steam train that will take us to the ceremony will leave by 3:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no specific dress code. However, we do ask guests to stray from very casual clothing such as jeans and t-shirts.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is available on site at the entrance of Roaring Camp.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are at the same location. No transportation needed!

Will there be hard alcohol served?

Answer

No. This event is beer, wine, and champagne only.

Will there be hotel rooms blocked for guests?

Answer

We have decided against blocking rooms for guests. However, on the "Where to Stay" page there is a list of nearby hotels differing in price range. We suggest booking a room at least a month in advance to ensure you get a room!
