FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Think suits and ties or elegant dresses, but no need to go black tie. We want you to feel stylish and comfortable!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar throughout the cocktail hour and reception.

Question

What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP through our wedding website instead of via mail by Saturday, March 22. Once you have received the formal invitation, feel free to head over to the tab labeled RSVP and complete each question so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are flattered that you want to document our special day, but we ask that our guests do not use their phones or cameras during the ceremony. It is important for us to take a moment to be present during such an exciting time!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A block of rooms is reserved at the Holiday Inn Express, Newton location. If you are interested in staying overnight, please call (973) 940-8888 and reference the Kelly-Torielli wedding. We recommend booking your room by March 1st.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly begin at 5pm, so we recommend arriving at Bear Brook Valley by 4:30pm to allow for parking and finding your seat. If you are staying at the room block reserved at the Holiday Inn Express Newton, transportation will begin bringing guests over to the venue by 4pm.
