A block of guest rooms has been reserved for the Philbrook Aceto Wedding Room Block for Friday, December 30th, 2022 - Sunday, January 1, 2023 at the Group rate of $229 plus 14.45 % tax - at The Resort & Conference Center at Hyannis . (Please be sure to use the website listed, and NOT a 3rd party like Expedia/Orbitz.) All reservations must be secured by a one night deposit, plus current 14.45% Massachusetts Occupancy room tax, per room via a valid American Express, Visa or Master Card or a check is acceptable. The block of rooms will be held until December 1st, 2022 at which time the unused portion will be released and rack rate will apply. Please note check in is 3PM, check out is 11AM. Due to the holiday, e arly check- ins on December 31st will not be available, so please plan accordingly. Should you need to call Group Reservations directly, they are available Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM at (866) 828-9111 or (508) 775-7775 . If an individual reservation is cancelled eight (8) days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded, less $15.00 service charge and a cancellation number is obtained. If an individual reservation is cancelled seven (7) days or less prior to arrival, or does not arrive on the specified dates, the reservation is cancelled for all nights and the entire deposit will be forfeited.
