Fly into either Miami or Fort Lauderdale airports.
Land at Miami International Airport and you can be in Islamorada in about an hour and a half. You can also fly into Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, which adds at most an hour of driving time to the Islamorada trip. Once you land, you can choose between airport taxis, airport transfers, car rentals, bus lines, or shuttle options. You can also book an Uber or Lyft. FREEBEES: Freebees are electric vehicles that provide door-to-door transportation for free! They run all through Islamorada and they work on tips. Download the Ride Freebee app form the App store or Call (855) 918-3733 to request a ride. SHUTTLES: Depending on where you stay, shuttles may be available for free! If you chose to book your stay at Amara Cay, La Siesta or Postcard Inn- there is a Shuttle service included with the resort fee. Sprinter vans are available to drive guests within a four-mile radius from 7 am - 11 pm. Once you check into your hotel, they will provide you with a phone number to call and request a ride. Transportation will be provided to Ceremony & Reception.
On our wedding day, we will be providing two charter busses to transport guests from Amara Cay to Pierre’s for ceremony, and from Pierre’s to Bud n Mary’s for the cocktail hour and reception.
