We’re getting Married!

My side of the story: I was a substitute at the time, Jeff’s assistant was out for that day so, I was asked to go to Norview High School in the assistant’s place. Jeff flirted of course, lol (to this day, he remembers exactly what I was wearing). We did not officially start dating until 2015. We have been together now for five years His side of the story: Day one: Upon her arrival, I introduced her to the students and informed her that she could sit for the day and observe how the classroom is managed ( this put a smile on her face… and apparently gave her the opportunity to observe other things as well). As the day went on, I noticed that she was getting comfortable with the classroom environment. As she was talking more and smiling frequently. At the end of the day, she stated “I really enjoyed myself and can’t wait to come back tomorrow!” Day two: Dena entered the classroom excited and energetic as indicated by the smile on her face. As the school day went on, she seemed to be distracted as she was asking more questions concerning me and less about the classroom. During PE time, she came over and sat beside me, she asked me what do I like to do for fun. I informed her that I like to fish (most people know that fishing is my thing!). She immediately put her plan into action by saying that she had NEVER been fishing before and would love to go! By the end of the school day, her persistence paid off and I succumbed to her request and wishes by granting her with my phone number. I fell victim to her beautiful smile and innocent talk!

It was my Birthday, Jeff called it my Birthday Extravaganza. We went to the Virginia Beach ocean front, there he had rented a yacht. We cruised along the Ocean Front endulging in fresh crabmeat, veggies, fruit, meat and cheese. After the yacht turned around, we sat and watched the dolphins and enjoyed the beautiful music. All of a sudden, a drone started circling the boat, so as I am waving and yelling at the drone, he says “babe look”, and as I turned around, he was pointing at the sky. There was a small plane flying by with a sign that said Dena will you marry me. When I turned around Jeff was on one knee and well, You know the rest.
