1 Corinthians 13:4-8 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. . . Who would’ve thought that when we began our journey in 2007 that this scripture would be the epitome of our story. What began as a stylist/client relationship in 2007, eventually became a friendship that lead to us dating shortly thereafter. Being together was like a breath of fresh air, and we fell in love. But the growing pains of being in a relationship caused us to break up after dating a little over a year. Although we were not together our friendship was still intact, then BOOM!! Morgan came along (LOL). In the midst of coparenting, we would entertain each other (wink wink LOL) off and on throughout the years. A year on and a couple years off, but deep down inside we both knew that our bond and Love for one another was unbreakable.
