We have secured a block of rooms at the Simsbury Inn for our guests that is conveniently located across the road from our ceremony and reception venue, The Riverview. Please see the booking instructions below. To guarantee your reservation it must be made by January 17th, 2024. You may call our front desk directly at (800) 634-2719 OR you may book on www.simsburyinn.com, select your dates, then “Book Now”, then select “Add Code”, then select the Discount dropdown box to select “Group Attendee”. Enter “26320” and select “Add” to select your dates of stay. Guests securing a room with the Florentino/McBride wedding block are offered a rate of $169.00 per room on Saturday and $149.00 on Sunday night per room plus occupancy tax and fees, single or double occupancy. The room rate includes deluxe accommodations with continental breakfast, daily newspapers & wireless internet access. Amenities include an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a health club, and hiking trails.

Shuttle
Shuttle from the Simsbury Inn to The Riverview

While the hotel is just across the road from our wedding venue, we have secured a shuttle that will make continuous trips from the hotel to The Riverview for the hour prior to the wedding. The drive is about 10 minutes roundtrip so please wait in the lobby if the shuttle isn't there.

Flight
Bradley International Airport
NYC has tons of airports and if you would rather fly into New York and drive and take the scenic route, there should be plenty of options. Otherwise, Bradley International Airport is only a quick 25-30 minute drive to the Simsbury Inn.
Train
Amtrak
Amtrak is another easy option if you are traveling from NYC to Hartford. There are plenty of departures and the station is only a 20-minute drive to the hotel. Lyft and Uber rides should be easy to get but let us know if you will need a ride and we can try to connect folks that are arriving by train with others staying at the hotel.
