The Venue

The Wedding Website of Delaney McCawley and Steven Phelps
The Adams Estate was originally built as a private residence by Dr. Charles W. Adams—a founding settler of Lake Alfred, Florida—and his wife, Emmie Reynolds Adams. Over the years, the Estate has served as a cherished gathering place for private weddings and celebrations. The property has since been passed down to the family’s third generation of descendants, who have carefully maintained its timeless grace and classic charm.
