Joe and I knew each other when I was in high school with his brother. At that time we were just acquaintances. Later in life Joesph married my second cousin (The Matron of Honor) and we became close. So close, most people think me and him are the ones related. Joe's guidance to me these past few years has been invaluable, and irreplaceable. The advice he gives me goes along way and I’m grateful to have him as a friend.

Garrison and I met at age 14 freshman year of high school. We were at the same band camp and we bonded instantly. He became more than a best friend from that point on; he became part of my family. I knew our friendship was real when I had to move my junior year of high school. Neither of us knew what that meant for our friendship, but every year after that Garrison would come visit me once or twice throughout the year. 8 years later, and he still comes to visit.

I met Diamond when Dege’ and I first began dating. She gave me a hard time at first, but a after a few games of NBA 2K, and her seeing I wasn’t going anywhere, we created an everlasting bond. She has her sister’s back, no doubt, but she has always treated me with love and respect. We often have our “What you up to” and truly consider her as a sister.

Julian and I met freshman year in high school during track season, and from then a brotherhood started. We were friends for 2 years before I had to move, and after we only got to see each other during track meets, but we always kept in touch. Our friendship grew once we ended up at the same college together, and we saw each other moving into the same dorm hall. From that moment we were always together. He was with me the night I met Dege’, and always supported our relationship.

Kerron and I met junior year of high school at baseball tryouts. Even though he was a grade under me, he was the first friend I met and had when I moved to Columbia. We remained friends after high school

Brandon and I met through Julian freshman year of college at South Carolina State University. We became close by venting to each other about how hard it was to maintain college sports and school work. Having those close talks developed a friendship we maintained until today.

Jaylen and I are first cousins. We have a 7 year age difference, but I never viewed him as a younger cousin. We always have liked the same things, played the same games and always got into the same trouble.

Man Man is Dege's baby brother. I met him when he was 5, and just like any little brother, he was not too fond of his big sister having a boyfriend. He lightened up on me once he realized I was a gamer and could give him a discount on games.

Ashton is Dege’s baby cousin. “BinkyMan” is what she calls him. I’ve known him since he was born and since that day, he’s had Dege’ wrapped around his finger. I knew even if we had to make up a position for him, he was going to be apart of the wedding some way.
