I don't see a reservation for the ceremony?

Answer

Not everyone will be able to attend our ceremony due to the small venue size. Don't worry though, we are excited to be able to celebrate with you at the reception and following events! Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is semi-formal. Men are required to have a collared shirt with tie/bowtie, jackets are optional but strongly encouraged. Ladies can wear long or short (a respectable length) dresses. No summer sundresses please. Our color theme is jewel tones, think emerald, ruby, sapphire, or any deep colors. Feel free to join in if you'd like! Make sure to dress accordingly and wear shoes you can dance in or bring a pair to change into.

Is there a preferred place to stay?

Answer

No there is not a specific place you need to stay. The hotel across the street from the bed and breakfast where the couple will be staying is the Hyatt House Chicago/West loop 105 N. May St, Chicago IL 60607. This is close to the venue and other wedding events.

Do I have to RSVP to all the different events?

Answer

Yes, please RSVP as it helps us get a good count on people coming to each event. If you RSVP through this website it will prompt you to RSVP to all scheduled events.

How should I get to the reception?

Answer

We recommend public transit or Uber/Lyft! Chicago is a big city and ride share companies are popular when going out and drinking! Please do not drink and drive, if you drive be mindful of your alcohol consumption!

Will there be a shuttle back to our hotels?

Answer

No there will not be any shuttles back to any hotels.
