The wedding day's events will take place at the Bahia Resort and Hotel in Mission Bay. The ceremony will be held at the gazebo followed by the cocktail hour and reception on the William D. Evans sternwheeler.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. Please be aware the ceremony will take place on a grass lawn and there are stairs on the boat so wear shoes you are most comfortable walking in.
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive to the venue 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
There is complimentary public parking located on Gleason Road and Ventura Cove- overflow parking is also available on Bonita Cove.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before October 8th. If we have not received your RSVP by this date, we are going to unfortunately assume you can't make it to our big day. Changes made to the guest list cannot be changed beyond this date.
