The initial introduction was Stagecoach, April 2019, but this was a little fuzzy due to a long weekend of adult beverages. They met again at two more festivals briefly in the Ventura area, at which point RJ assumed Dayna lived in that area but added her on Facebook and Instagram anyway. Then in July of 2019, in Dayna's hometown of Huntington Beach, they both happened to be at a country bar and ran into each other again, and that's when they discovered they only lived a few miles apart. She gave him her number and they've been inseparable ever since.
