All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you “and date”, you are welcome to bring a date. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to attend unaccompanied. Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate our closest friends and family. We thank you for your understanding!
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if formally named. Your invitation will be made out to “The {Your last name} family” if your children have been invited. “Mr. and Mrs.” if only you and your significant other have been invited. We encourage you to take a night off, relax and enjoy our special day with us!
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date we have provided, it will be marked as “No.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to our venue & vendors in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding! Our RSVP deadline is August 26th, 2024.
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories & creams.
We want to see you dress to impress! We are excited to have a semi-formal, upscale wedding and ask that all women wear semi- formal attire and men to wear either a suit, tuxedo or slacks and a button down. Please no denim. Thank you!
Our ceremony outside will be an unplugged ceremony! For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken unless specifically asked by the bride or groom! You are more than welcome to take as many pictures + videos throughout the course of the cocktail hour/reception. This is such a special day for us and we have the most amazing photography team documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, be in the moment and celebrate with us!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We kindly ask you arrive 20-30 minutes early to mingle with other guests before the “I Do’s!”
We will have a cocktail hour following our ceremony where Hors d'oeuvres and other small appetizers will be served. Following that, we will have a plated, buffet style dinner including a chicken and beef dish! Please contact us with any allergens.
Yes! For our invited kid guests, we will have a special kids table set up for dinner and other fun activities for them!
There are a variety of hotels in Boise, and we are here to help you choose! We will be celebrating our love in Nampa, ID which is approximately 30 minutes from Boise. We have included hotels close to Boise for our out of town friends and family so you will be closest to us! If you prefer to stay in Nampa, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help you find somewhere. We also recommend looking into AirBnB’s.
