ARE THERE ANY OTHER EVENTS BESIDES THE WEDDING THAT I CAN ATTEND?

Answer

Yes! Festivities will be planned all week/weekend and we hope you can join for as many as possible. Check out the "Schedule" tab for details about other events and check back from time to time on our website for more information as we're still finalizing everything for the weekend.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You'll be missed! If you can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 17th, 2023. However, this is a destination wedding — so we'd love to know as soon as possible if you plan to attend. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

IS THERE TRANSPORATION TO/FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes! There is complimentary transportation that will pick all guests up from Hilton Cabo Azul and then will bring everyone back after the wedding reception.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?

Answer

Welcome Party/Rehearsal Dinner-Cabo Cocktail! A few examples for men are clothing include pants with a linen shirt or a button down & Jacket. Women, feel free to wear colorful dresses/dressy jumpsuits. The venue is on solid ground so heels can be an option as well. Wedding at Acre will be Black tie optional Please keep in mind, the ceremony will be in a grassy area (plan accordingly for shoes!). The cocktail/Reception is on solid ground.

WHAT IF I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY/DIETARY RESTRICTION?

Answer

Please reach out to us with your specific allergy (in advance) so we can make sure you are taken care of.

Is it preferred that we stay at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We ask that our guests stay at the hotel. We have a room block with discounted prices. If you are planning on staying elsewhere, please let us know. Those staying outside of the resort will need to be added to a guest-list for entering the property for Javier`s and will need to buy a day pass for access to the pool.

WHEN SHOULD WE PLAN TO ARRIVE IN SAN JOSE DEL CABO?

Answer

We are arriving on Tuesday February 13th! We will be hosting a Welcome Drinks/Art Walk on Thursday February 15th at 7:30pm at Drift for everyone to join us in kicking off the weekend, but we completely understand if that isn't feasible for all of our guests. The Rehearsal Dinner will start at 6:00 pm on Friday, February 16th so we'd say please try to arrive early on the 16th.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share ceremony photos as soon as we get them.

Are kids welcome to the events?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding events to be an adult - only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Your formal invitation will specify whether you may bring a guest. With our wedding being out of the country and in such an intimate setting we are limited in the number of plus one's we can allow. We hope that you understand!

Is there a grocery store near by?

Answer

Yes! La Comer is a 2 minute drive from the hotel and is a full grocery store with beer/wine & liquor. If you booked a room with a kitchen, we suggest getting a few items to get you through the week. The hotel will assist in bring your groceries up to the room.
