When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15, 2024. We must have our final headcounts in by this date. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as you can.

Will I be able to bring my children?

Answer

This wedding is an ADULT ONLY event, with the exception of some honorary guests. If you plan on attending, please arrange for someone to watch your children on this day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is semi-formal: Tuxes, suits, gowns, and dresses with dress shoes. We’d like for our guests to wear lavender, gold, black, or any combination of these colors. Please do not come dressed in jeans, graphic t-shirts, regular t-shirts, mini dresses/mini skirts, see through clothes of any kind, or dresses or shirts with spaghetti straps.

Are plus ones invited?

Answer

While we do wish we could invite everyone, we do have a limited headcount. Therefore, this occasion is an invitation-only event. Unless you are listed together on the guest list, please do not bring any extra guests.

Where can I find parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be free, accessible parking for both the ceremony and the reception. For the wedding ceremony, parking is available on T.P. Burruss Senior Drive: parking lots are on both sides of the street directly behind the church. There’s also street parking available in front of the church. For the reception, the venue has a parking lot available for all guests. Please plan to arrive early to ensure you can grab a parking spot. Please lock your valuables in a safe place within your vehicle or bring them inside.

If I have any food allergies, can I make special requests?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet-style with different options for everyone. We will not be serving any shellfish, so no worries if you are allergic. If you have any other food allergies, please contact us and let us know at igmatthews2025@gmail.com.
