Question

Are there hotel accomodations nearby?

Answer

Yes. We have reserved a block of rooms at the nearby Inn at Gran View. There is also the Windjammer Lodge down the road as well

Is there a shuttle available?

Answer

Yes, we have made shuttle arrangements to carry people back and forth from the GranView to the Pease Waterfront Location. If you are staying at a different lodging, please ensure that you park at the GranView so you can catch the shuttle. THERE IS NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE WEDDING LOCATION

Is there a dress-code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code for the wedding is "Garden Attire". We want everyone to be comfortable, so nice pants,, dress shirts, blouses, rompers, flowy dresses etc would be best. Absolutely NO sweatpants, jeans or hoodies, please.

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

Yes, we will have a limited amount of alcohol at the wedding, but please remember that we are the guests of someone else's home property and drink responsibly. There will only be basic wine/beer/seltzers. No hard alcohol will be available.

Are there any hair salons nearby?

Answer

Yes, I have included a couple of hair salons nearby in case family or friends want a fresh cut prior to the wedding. That included in the THINGS TO DO section

Are there any vegetarian options for the reception dinner?

Answer

In the sense of is there a vegetarian main entree? No. We will have sides that are vegetarian, such as potatoes, green beans and salad, as well as a fruit and cheese table for cocktails. We apologize for the lack of vegetarian options, however as far as we know all guests invited do in fact eat meat.

What can I do to prepare for the weather?

Answer

Bring a sweater and have bug spray or a bug repellant bracelet on. The mosquitoes are no joke, though they usually come out when the sun goes down. If the weather is sunny, make sure to protect from sunburn! We will have a tent up for eating and sitting.
