Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We have decided to make our wedding as intimate as possible. The invited guests are the addressed name(s) on your invitation. Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate guests that were invited.

Are kids invited?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we want all parents to be able to relax and enjoy themselves and we have chosen to make our special day for adults only.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We ask that you make extra time in your schedule to accommodate traffic. Please arrive to the ceremony with at least 15-20 minutes to spare. Any guest who arrive after the processional has begun will not be granted access to the ceremony site.

What should I wear?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family in their finest for our big day. We want you to look and feel your absolute BEST! Dress code is black-tie/formal. Ladies may wear colorful formal dresses and jumpsuits. Gentlemen can wear suit and tie, or tuxedo.

Have you reserved room blocks?
Answer
The Madonna Inn does not have room blocks, but we have listed extra hotels in the area if you wish to stay somewhere else!

Can we take photos?
Answer
We ask that you honor our request to have an UNPLUGGED wedding ceremony. We have hired an amazing team who will be onsite to capture our wedding day, we would love to see your smiling faces in our photos, not your cameras and cell phones. Please be fully present and in the moment with us. We will be happy to share our ceremony photos with you after the wedding, and there will be plenty of opportunities to take photos during the reception.

What if I forget to RSVP?
Answer
We may forget to feed you! In all seriousness, please RSVP before the date indicated on your invitation as our caterers will not accept changes to our food order to increase the guest count.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
