Do I have to be vaccinated?
Answer
Yes. In order to keep everyone safe and comfortable, we are requiring that everyone (who is eligible) be vaccinated in order to attend. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you have a hotel block?

Yes we do! We have a block at the Westin Portland Harborview and will have transportation to and from the venue from there. We recommend booking accommodations as soon as you can, since Portland is a very popular place in August. Can I park at the venue?

Yes. There is a limited number of parking spots. We will have a bus going to and from the Westin Harborview in Portland to make transportation easier for those staying in Portland.

Please let us know if you have a serious allergy. Food will be served family style and there will be vegetarian options.
