Will there be a shuttle service to the hotel rooms?

Rooms at the Mountain Top Resort Hotel are walking distance from the Barn Houses rented at the Mountain Top Resort are walking distance but a shuttle is also available Rooms from the Best Western Inn will have a shuttle service available

What is the setting of the wedding? Will it be indoor our outdoor? What happens for inclement weather?

Answer

The wedding ceremony is outdoors. Please bring jackets or shawls for warmth if needed. Blankets will be supplied. In case of inclement weather, an alternative indoor site is available.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive 15-30 minutes prior so all guests can be seated prior to the ceremony. It is located in the center of the upper field. There is a short walk to the site.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Although we love our nieces and nephews and younger family members, our wedding will be an adults only event

While we have tried to select an accommodating diet for all, please reach out with specific questions or concerns

How close together are all of the events on the resort?

The ceremony site, cocktail hour, barn and afterparty are very close and walking distance. There is a shuttle that will help people arrive to the lakeside site for the welcome party
