Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

We are planning an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. The ceremony will be moved indoors for rain or intense heat.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Fête of Wales has a large parking lot. You may leave your cars there overnight if needed. Please pick up your vehicles by Saturday, June 8th by 10:00am at the latest.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

In the afternoon, there will be multiple shuttles from the listed hotels to the venue. - Shuttle pickup at hotel between 3:05PM and 3:15PM to get to the venue at 3:30PM - Shuttle pickup at hotel between 3:40PM and 3:50PM to get to the venue just before 4:00PM -Shuttle pickup at hotel between 4:25PM and 4:35PM to get to the venue at 4:45PM (reception only) In the evening, there will be multiple shuttles from the venue to the preferred hotels. The shuttle will arrive at the venue every 30 minutes (on the hour and on the half hour) between 9:30PM and 11:30PM to take guests back to the preferred hotels. All shuttles will be first come, first served. Please reach out with any questions.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Please note the bar will be closed for 15 minutes during prayer and speeches before dinner.

Please arrive at Fête of Wales between 3:45pm and 4:00pm on 06/07/24. The address is 500 E Summit Ave, Wales, WI 53183.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal attire: cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, suits and ties, etc. No jeans please.
