Lincoln Road Mall
Great place to walk around and experience wonderful shops and restaurants. Expect a ton of sidewalk cafes, big brand stores and a weekly farmers’ markets on Sundays. This is just about the only place in Miami made for pedestrians.
Wynwood Walls
Unique outdoor destination featuring huge, colorful street murals by artists from around the globe. Restaurants are also included within the Walls. An entry fee is required and can be obtained via their website.
Art Deco Historic District
The Art Deco Historic District has the nation’s largest concentration of Art Deco architecture which features over 800 historic buildings Located in. Lummus Park. The area is well known as the district where Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace lived, in a mansion on Ocean Drive.
South Pointe Park Pier
South Pointe Park is a beautiful green space at the southern tip of Miami Beach. It offers stunning panoramic views of the South Beach shoreline, PortMiami’s cruise ships, Downtown Miami’s skyline and Fisher Island. The park has direct access to the beach as well as walking trails, picnic and barbecue areas, benches, and a cafe. There is also a mini water playground and a jungle gym.
Jewish Museum of Florida-FIU
The Jewish Museum of Florida tells the story of Miami’s large Jewish community. The museum’s core exhibit, “MOSAIC: Jewish Life in Florida,” features more than 600 photographs and artifacts that capture the settlement across the peninsula.
