Rojo Mexican Grill
10 years ago, Marsha drove us here for our first date and we've since gone back too many times to count! We like to sit on the patio and split frozen house margs, nachos, the rojo guac, and shrimp tacos.

Make sure to go at happy hour! Our favorite sushi spot. We can't get enough of their jeremy roll and salmon nigiri!
Al's Breakfast
Devan would go to this 14 seat Dinkytown diner every Friday morning after rugby practice. It is hands down the best breakfast he has ever had. If you want to order like local, ask for the "The Jose - 2 eggs; side of bacon; and a wally-blue!" Trust me, you will not regret it!
Chain of Lakes
Take a walk around the city lakes, our favorite is Lake of the Isles!
Northeast Minneapolis
If you are staying near our venue, some of our favorite Northeast spots are Centro (amazing tacos), Bauhaus Brewery, Indeed Brewery, Stanley's Bar Room, Spyhouse coffee, and Young Joni pizza. Also check out our church on Sunday morning, Mill City Church, if you are still in the area!
Hola Arepa
One of our favorites near Ava's old uptown apartment! Devan recommends the cuban arepa, Ava recommends the arroz verde bowl. You can't leave without getting the sweet plantains as well!
