Travel Note
It's pretty straightforward to go from Toronto to Windsor. From Toronto, you just need to go all the way west of Highway 401 and then you are here. The distance is around 350km (it's much closer than Ottawa you know :))) ) OnRoute: there are around 4 OnRoute for you to stop and rest. You can check out on the link below to see the OnRoute so that you can plan ahead before you go <3
Train
This famous public transportation is a good way if we don't want to drive 4 hours (or more) and if we travel in big group. From Union Station to Windsor Station is around 5 hours. We can book for a group table with 4 seats so that we can easily eat, play and chat with each other. Around 2 or 3 weeks before the trip date, they usually have the discount code TUESDAY (or other special deals). So, just keep an eye on that website, or you can have me hunt that for you ;)
Hotel
Price: around $150 - $160 per night per room with 2 queen size bed (4 people) Feature: this is a place with all new things. New room, new design, highly recommend for the level of cleanliness, have breakfast and also coin laundry onsite.
Hotel
Price: a good $150 - $160 per night for 1 room with 2 queen size bed (for 4 people) Feature: all year around, we can count on every Holiday Inn that we have in town. This one is right next to Detroit riverside (which is super blue, the water, I mean), so you can walk along the river and/or have a great view from the room.
Hotel
Everything here is perfect average. Surprisingly good price for a room with 2 queen bed (around $120-$140). It has everything you need. Good for a one night stay with basic needs.
