Travel Tips

Nên là no worries, sau đây là một vài gợi ý nhỏ cho mọi người tính toán trước khi RSVP nè <3 Although we know that you are living so far from this little city, we would really appreciate your presence at our wedding. We hope that you (no matter where you are, Toronto, Saskatoon, or Banff) can come here and celebrate with us. Below ar some accommodations that we can discuss and plan together to have a cheap and fun trip so that you won't regret clicking "Yes, I will be there" in your RSVP <3 If you need anything, please feel free to text us via You-know-what ;)

Travel Note

Driving by car

It's pretty straightforward to go from Toronto to Windsor. From Toronto, you just need to go all the way west of Highway 401 and then you are here. The distance is around 350km (it's much closer than Ottawa you know :))) ) OnRoute: there are around 4 OnRoute for you to stop and rest. You can check out on the link below to see the OnRoute so that you can plan ahead before you go <3

Train

Via Rail

This famous public transportation is a good way if we don't want to drive 4 hours (or more) and if we travel in big group. From Union Station to Windsor Station is around 5 hours. We can book for a group table with 4 seats so that we can easily eat, play and chat with each other. Around 2 or 3 weeks before the trip date, they usually have the discount code TUESDAY (or other special deals). So, just keep an eye on that website, or you can have me hunt that for you ;)

Hotel

Stonecroft Inn

3032 Dougall Ave
Windsor, ON N9E 1S4, Canada

Price: around $150 - $160 per night per room with 2 queen size bed (4 people) Feature: this is a place with all new things. New room, new design, highly recommend for the level of cleanliness, have breakfast and also coin laundry onsite.

Hotel

Holiday Inn Express Windsor Waterfront, an IHG Hotel

33 Riverside Drive East
Windsor, ON N9A 2S4, Canada

Price: a good $150 - $160 per night for 1 room with 2 queen size bed (for 4 people) Feature: all year around, we can count on every Holiday Inn that we have in town. This one is right next to Detroit riverside (which is super blue, the water, I mean), so you can walk along the river and/or have a great view from the room.

Hotel

Comfort Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge

2330 Huron Church Road
Windsor, ON N9E 3S6, Canada

Everything here is perfect average. Surprisingly good price for a room with 2 queen bed (around $120-$140). It has everything you need. Good for a one night stay with basic needs.

For all the days along the way
