What’s the dress code?
Answer
Festive cocktail - think bright colors, florals, texture & men in colorful suits or accents. Have fun with it! No solid white please, saving that for the bride 😉. Tie optional, fancy but not black tie.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there’s a limited number of spots - 70 total, but we will have transportation to the venue from The Brookdale Lodge which is about 2 miles away. We recommend taking the shuttle if you’re planning on drinking or staying at The Brookdale Lodge.

Will there be transportation from The Brookdale Lodge to the venue?
Answer
Yes! Shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. Shuttles will be active for 2 hours prior to the wedding start time and 2 hours following the wedding.

What time does the wedding end?
Answer
It ends at 9pm and everyone needs to vacate the premise directly after the wedding - hopefully to our after party!

Is there an after party since the wedding ends at 9pm?
Answer
Yes! It will be held at the bar at The Brookdale Lodge in Ben Lomond starting at 9:30pm. There will be a full bar with drinks for purchase!

Will the wedding have an open bar?
Answer
Yes! However our venue only allows beer, wine, (and 2 signature cocktails are allowed during cocktail hour). We can save the shots for the after party!

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, this will be an adult only wedding with the exception of specific family members.

What time does the wedding start, and should we come early for drinks?
Answer
Wedding start time is at 3pm. Come early for an Aperol spritz, ice tea, and lemonade!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be outdoors, followed by dinner and reception indoors.

Answer
Daryl and Amanda are your best point of contacts leading up to the wedding. Anything on the day of or day before we will refer you to our wedding coordinator. Phone number them to come!

What should we expect the weather to be like?
Answer
We’ll be in the Santa Cruz mountain valley so expect 78-90 degrees. It’ll be warm and dry air. Sun doesn’t set till 9ish so expect warm weather! Bring a layer just in case!
