What time does the ceremony start?

4:30pm at Stonehurst. The cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow the ceremony.

What time does the bus leave the hotel for transport to the venue?

Answer

The buses are planning to leave around 3:30pm so make sure you are ready and outside of the hotel

Is there an after-party?

Answer

Yes! At our old favorite college bar called Teds, down the road from the hotel. The buses will drop people off at the hotel and then make a second stop at Teds for those who want to keep the night going. There will be 2 pre-paid cabs outside of Teds to drive people back to the hotel when they want to leave.

Are any of the events outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside on grass. (Ladies, plan accordingly with heels!) Cocktail hour will also be outside on the patio with the option of going inside to the bar area. *This may change if weather doesn't cooperate :)
