Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress in formal wear like midi, maxi, cocktail dresses, suits, etc. The ceremony will be on grass and the reception will be on concrete, so please wear shoes that will best suit you.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

We have an outdoor venue, so both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The reception will be under a pavilion.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with the exception of the ring bearer and flower girls. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 30, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding. If you do not RSVP by the given date we will assume you are unable to attend.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it please make sure to RSVP before May 30th when RSVPs are due. If you cannot make it after you RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:45pm. We ask that guests arrive between 3:00pm and 3:30pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! Please see the Travel tab above. We have a room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Greenfield, MA, only 20 minutes from our venue. There are also a lot of Airbnb, VRBOs, and other motels in the area, but please note the shuttle will not be provided at these other locations.

Will transportation be available?

Answer

Yes, we are offering bus transportation between the Hampton Inn and venue. The bus will leave from the Hampton Inn promptly at 3:00pm and bring you to the venue. After the reception, the bus will leave from the venue promptly at 10:00pm and bring you back to the Hampton Inn.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Absolutely! We want you to have a fun and safe night at our wedding. If you need to leave your car overnight in the parking lot, please do!
