IMPORTANT: When calling, please note the group reservation is under the “Cutler family.” The hotel offers an airport shuttle; Reservations are recommended and shuttle service is based on driver availability. Wedding Shuttle from Venue to Best Western / Cherry Tree Hotel

We'll be providing shuttles to and from the venue to the Best Western and Cherry Tree Inn Hotels. Pickup times for the shuttles are below: Cherry Tree Inn: Shuttle to wedding ceremony picks up at 2:00pm, arrives at venue at 2:45/ 3:00 pm; Returning shuttle picks up at 10:00pm and 11:30pm Best Western: Shuttle to wedding ceremony picks up at 3:15 pm/3:20pm, arrives at venue at 3:50 pm; Returning shuttle picks up at 10:00pm and 11:30pm

Parking at The Peninsula Room

Overnight parking is permitted at the wedding venue. Cabs and Ubers are limited in this area, so please plan accordingly.

Flight

Cherry Capital Airport (Traverse City, MI)

For friends and family coming from out of state, we recommend flying into the local airport, Cherry Capital Airport. It’s located only 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Both hotels that we’ve reserved offer airport shuttle services.

Gerald R. Ford International Airport (Grand Rapids, MI)

The next closest airport is the Grand Rapids Airport, which offers more flights than Cherry Capital Airport (Traverse City), and they're often more affordable. It's about a two hour drive north from Grand Rapids to Traverse City.
