Question

Do I need to do anything in advance if I plan to attend the virtual wedding live stream by Zoom?

Answer

We highly recommend that you ensure you have the most updated version of the Zoom application installed on your device and that you log onto the zoom link by 6:15pm in anticipation of our wedding ceremony beginning promptly at 6:30pm. We encourage you to keep the zoom link, meeting ID, and password handy in case we encounter any tech issues. We respectfully request that you please mute yourself during the ceremony, but please feel free to make some noise at the end! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

How do I access the virtual wedding?

Answer

You can find the live stream for our wedding ceremony on the Live Stream page of our website. You can also use this link to go directly to our zoom meeting: https://stanford.zoom.us/j/91208857594?pwd=dUtKTVJ2cThlakV3NEpIUkpxaUkwdz09 or you can enter the following information directly into the zoom application: Meeting ID: 91208857594 Password: 102469.

Question

Why are you doing a virtual wedding option?

Answer

Although we sincerely wish we could celebrate with all of our family and friends in person, we have made the difficult decision to move forward with a much smaller wedding with only immediate family and wedding party, given the current pandemic-related restrictions in Napa county and the uncertainty about how these restrictions may (or may not) change leading up to our wedding day. We also understand that everyone has a different level of comfort with group gatherings at this time. With that in mind, it means so much to us that our remaining family and friends are able to participate virtually, and we cannot wait to celebrate properly with each and every one of you in person when it is safe to do so!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony if I am attending in person?

Answer

Please arrive to V. Sattui by 6pm on Saturday. Please enjoy a glass of champagne, iced tea, or water at the fountain when you arrive!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please only bring your children to the ceremony if we have included them on the invitation. If you are at home and attending virtually, please include your children in the festivities if you would like!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire for the wedding ceremony/reception, please. We want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Question

If I drive to the wedding to attend in person, can I leave my car parked at V. Sattui over night?

Answer

Yes! We encourage you to unwind and enjoy your evening with us, which may mean taking an Uber/Lyft at the end of the night. You may leave your car parked at V. Sattui overnight.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations if I am attending in person?

Answer

We have opted not to do room blocks at any specific hotels, so you have flexibility in where to stay. Please see our Travel page for recommendations and consider booking soon, as this is a popular time of year to visit Napa Valley.
