Question

Will there still be a wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer

We hope so but we are not sure! It's very important to us that any event we host can be conducted safely. We are carefully monitoring the situation and we will make final plans by July 31st.

When should I travel to and from Louisville?

Answer

"Official" events start on Thursday afternoon with welcome drinks in Louisville, details to follow soon.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Not really! We recommend Uber and Lyft for getting around downtown, and we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding on Saturday.

Can I drive myself to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes, but please let us know so that we can coordinate parking for you at Hermitage Farm, as we have limited parking spots. And please do not drink and drive!

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will officially end at 11:00pm and we will have bus transportation to take every back to downtown Louisville.

What if I don't like bourbon?

Answer

No worries! We will have plenty of other beverage options :)

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes - we’d love to see all of your children, but want to caution you that our venues may have limitations for the little ones.  Please be aware that the wedding venue is about 40 minutes from the hotel, and we are providing bus transportation.  There is limited parking for personal vehicles.  The weekend will also include events with alcohol themes and bourbon tastings. If you’re interested in child care options for the weekend, please contact Desiree - she has excellent references for babysitters in the area.
