We greatly wish we could invite every last person we know, but due to catering and venue space, there’s a specific number of guests we have invited. We ask that you don’t bring a guest unless there is one we’ve included on your invite.
We ask that you find seating in the back of the ceremony area for you and your kiddos. Please make sure you are keeping an eye on them. There will be a fire pit and the venue is on a lake, we don’t want to have any accidents. You will be responsible for any damages caused by kids if it occurs.
We have been granted permission to allow guest parking at Three Bears Store on south Big lake road. Please carpool from there to the venue. The address of the parking lot is 3457 South Big Lake Road Big Lake, Alaska 99652. You can also park along the road of the venue. Please do not block any driveways. the driveway of the venue is reserved for vendors and handicapped guests.
We are asking our guests to please refrain from wearing any gold/champagne colors as well as long blue dresses. Blue can be worn in a shorter dress style and men can wear blue shirts. Please dress for the weather. We will have tents but everything is outside.
