Zack and Danielle’s story begins all the way back in the year 2000. Zack and Danielle met in the 6th grade at Western Heights Middle School in Hagerstown. Shortly after meeting, 11 year old Zack was immediately smitten by the cute cheerleader and 11 year old Danielle was intrigued by the boy making fart jokes for laughs in the back row. While their school kid crushes never grew into anything more, they developed a great friendship. Throughout high school they remained friends as college and careers took them in different directions. Fast-forward 17 years to Zack and Danielle’s 10-year high school reunion, an event that neither of them were particularly thrilled to attend. Zack had just moved back to town after being away for 6 years and was reconnecting with old friends, when he bumped into Danielle at the Broad Axe. He invited her out to dinner and to his surprise (three months later), she responded and said yes! The rest as they say, is history. Danielle and Zack started officially dating in October 2017, right before Danielle jetted off to southeast Asia for 3 weeks (purely coincidental). Their relationship continued to grow and develop into a partnership based on love, mutual trust, and respect for each other. In 2019, they bought a house in PA along with their fur children Lola, Cosmo, and Scarlett. Having a sense of what they might be in for in 2020, Zack got down on one knee on Valentine’s Day weekend during a getaway in the country. Danielle said yes and they celebrated their new engagement with lunch at Arby’s. A few weeks after they got home, the world came to a screeching halt at the start of the pandemic, locking Zack and Danielle at home together. They spent their additional time at home playing Rocket League and making deals on the Facebook Marketplace. Danielle and Zack found in each other not just a partner but a best friend, supporter, and forever mini golf rival. They are so excited to have you share in their special day!
