What time should we arrive?

Wedding Ceremony will begin 4:00pm Arrival time 3:30pm-3:45pm

Are kids allowed at the wedding?
Answer
Kinda... As much as we love your kiddos, we would love for parents to be able to have a night out of drinking, dancing, and celebrating The Horts. For our family and friends traveling from out of state- we have already included your kiddos into our final guest count. If they are not coming, please just ensure you note that onto your final RSVP count. If something happens and child care is problematic- please just ensure you reach out to Danielle or Nicholas to let them know that your kiddos will be joining.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Something fabulous! Seriously, dress your best with women in dresses and men in dress shirt/pants. Colors to avoid- Blues, white, ivory!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Yes! If you are single-A plus one has been included in the invitation. Please just note their name in the RSVP so it can be placed on the seating chart!

Will there be transportation?
Answer
Yes! There is a shuttle service from Baymont Hotel in Highland to and from Loveland Estates (wedding venue). Pick Up Times: 3:00pm & 3:30 pm Return Times: 9:00pm, 10:00pm. 11:00pm DJ will be making shuttle announcements.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! However, if your vehicle is left over night, you will not be able to pick up until 9:00am the next day.

What to do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please note it on your RSVP. A message to the bride or groom would also be helpful!

Will there be late night snacks?
Answer
Yes! We will be serving something hot to help soak up some of the drinks!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We have hired an AMAZING photographer. During the ceremony, we ask you to kindly refrain from taking photos so she can do her amazing thing!

Are there rules the Bride and Groom are asking guest to abide by?
Answer
Yes! We want this day to be filled with love and happiness. The joining of two families. We ask that politics are NOT discussed at the wedding. We know some guests are passionate about their political views. However, we have worked hard for this beautiful day and conversations about politics will NOT be tolerated.
