Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by April 19th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. Whilst we want to celebrate with as many of you as possible, we would also like our guests to use our wedding as a 'date night'. Please arrange for childcare in advance of our big day.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. The venue have kindly said that you can collect your car the next morning by 10am if you would like to leave it there overnight.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are hoping to have an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful grounds of our venue, however should we not be able to, our venue also has a beautiful inside option.

How will the seating work?

Answer

During our ceremony, guests can sit whichever side of the aisle they like. However we do kindly ask that our guests look out for a small number of reserved seats that have been kept aside for immediate family and our wedding party.

Can i take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an 'unplugged' ceremony. This means that we are requesting all phones are either on silent or turned off during the ceremony. We have hired two professional photographers to capture our special day and we'd hate for their shots to have phones in them! After the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many pictures as you like.

What happens if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

It is at the discretion of our venue staff whether they can seat you without causing a disturbance, but the likelihood is that you will be asked to wait outside until the ceremony is finished. Our guests can arrive to the venue from 13:00pm, we recommend that you arrive with plenty of time before our ceremony commences at 13:45pm.

Are there nearby hotels?

Answer

Yes! Please check the 'Travel' section of our website where you can find details of nearby hotels. These are the ones closest to our venue but you are more than welcome to stay elsewhere.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire for the evening. No jeans, t-shirts, or trainers, please! To all the ladies, please refrain from wearing black or white.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you have received a plus one they will appear on your invite as a 'Guest'.

Question

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a 'no'. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and cannot accept late RSVPs beyond their timeline. We hope you understand.
