~ We have reserved blocks of rooms at several area hotels for the nights of March 7th and 8th.
Reference the Hardman-Galloway Wedding when making reservations! There are many other hotel and Airbnb options in the Sarasota area should you desire!
~Transportation will be provided from the hotels below, as well as from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, to The Ritz-Carlton Beach Club on Lido Key.
~Transportation Schedule:
Doubletree pick up: 4:00pm
Hampton pick up: 4:05pm
Springhill pick up: 4:10pm
Hilton Garden Inn pick up: 4:15pm
Ritz-Carlton Hotel pick ups: 4:05pm, 4:35pm, 4:45pm
~ There will be return buses leaving the beach club at 10:15pm, 11:15pm and 11:30pm
*There is no on-site parking for the wedding and reception at The Ritz-Carlton Beach Club. Please plan to use the buses or Uber.
