Welcome Drinks

7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Mountain Chic / Cocktail - Anything Goes!

Please join us for a night of celebration at one of our favorite ski bars in Truckee. Downtown Truckee has a lot of great restaurants for dinner so plan to make a reservation to eat in downtown prior to Welcome Drinks - you can walk from dinner. As much as we love your little cuties, this will be a no-kids event. There is limited parking behind the bar or paid street parking if you choose to drive. There are also Ubers available. See you there!

Ceremony

3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Garden Attire. What does that mean? Ladies: cocktail dresses, floral print maxis, gowns. Guys: suits & ties not required (but by all means, wear them if you would like!), no jeans/denim, long sleeves shirts encouraged, jackets not required - look good, feel good. Events will be on the lawn so please wear appropriate shoes / heels.

Ceremony will be held in John & Lynette Zeiter's backyard on the 6th hole of Lahontan Golf Course. Please arrive at 3:00pm for a sharp 3:30pm ceremony start. Shuttles will pick up at hotel to get you to the ceremony on time. Please see travel page for shuttle details. Post Ceremony you will be escorted to the reception. We advise everyone to take the shuttle as parking is limited, but if you drive please plan to park on the street at the ceremony and then drive your car over to the reception.

Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

We will be hosting a casual brunch at John & Lynette Zeiter's House on Sunday morning! Feel free to bring your kids. Hope you see you all there!
