The dress code for the wedding is festive wedding attire. Think spring, bright colors and wood nymph vibes. Women feel free to wear long or short dresses, men wear some slacks and a fun shirt! Google festive wedding attire and you're in the right place. Feel free to get funky with it. Please note that the ceremony will take place outdoors on a grassy lawn.
Austin is somewhat unpredictable in the spring, but it will likely be in the upper 70s/low 80s during the day and get down to the mid-60s at night time.
Transportation will be provided to and from the venue. The shuttle will pick up at The Carpenter Hotel at 3pm. The ride will take about 50 minutes. Drinks will be served on the shuttle. Alternatively, if you decide to drive your own car there is ample parking at the venue.
Although we adore your children, due to restrictions at our venue, children under 16 are not able to attend. We hope you understand!
We will be serving Mexican food during the cocktail hour, courtesy of El Alma, and barbecue during the reception, courtesy of Mickelthwait, alongside an open bar with plenty of margaritas!
We will be hosting a welcome reception on Thursday and a boat ride on Lake Austin Saturday afternoon. Everyone is welcome to join both events. Stay tuned for more information!
