Happily Ever Allgaier

We met in September of 2019 at Daniel's work. Daniel works as a Physical Therapist Assistant and I was a newly hired Therapy Technician. Daniel was leading the body mechanics workshop for the new hires that month. The first thing he ever said to me was "You need to squat lower, especially with how tall you are." And that's how I knew he was the one... JUST KIDDING! But I did find him very cute and he felt the same about me. We got to know each other over the next year and discovered we had a similar sense of humor and shared a love for Tex-Mex. I mainly worked on weekends and there was one weekend shift in particular that served as the pivotal point from co-workers to more than co-workers in our story. On weekends I would bring my speaker to play a Spotify playlist I made for the patients. The song "Man of Constant Sorrow" from O Brother Where Art Thou started to play. Daniel was walking by me and pulled his mask down just like George Clooney's character pulled down his beard in the movie just to make me laugh. That was the moment I realized I had a huge crush on him. That night I friended him on Facebook and we started chatting every day. We went on our first date to Fuzzy's Taco across the street from work after work one day and things just clicked. We "officially" started dating on October 26th, 2020 after a date night of pumpkin carving which is now a yearly tradition for us. We couldn't be more excited to spend our 4th dating anniversary at our celebration of vows and reception surrounded by all our lovely friends and family.
