The Great Northern Mountain Escape

We have booked the stunning, Great Northern Mountain Escape Airbnb nestled in Whitefish, Montana for an extended weekend of celebration from Thursday, September 18th to Monday, September 22nd, 2025. This home is a 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom home - offering 8600 square feet of living space spanning three floors, & can accommodate all of our guests comfortably. The space itself offers an antique billiard table, ping pong table, card table, large deck for entertaining with an outdoor television & speaker system, a private hot tub, multiple spots to curl up with a good book & a whiskey old fashion (white-russian if you're Andy Shannon) & much, much more; it is also a short 10 minute drive to downtown, Whitefish - a picturesque mountain town, packed with restaurants, breweries, boutique shops, & outdoor activities. Check-in will be available Thursday, 9/18/25 at 2pm until Monday, 9/22/2025 by 10am. This resort will be our home base for our family & friends to stay, attend our on-site wedding ceremony, & explore all that the area has to offer. While we do have an itinerary for the afternoon of Friday, Sept. 19th, we encourage everyone to make this weekend a memorable vacation, & explore the surrounding areas at your own leisure! To help with lodging costs, we would be grateful if all attendees contribute $500/person while attending our extended weekend celebration. While we understand that this is a large expense, it is our biggest wish to have all of our family & friends be together to celebrate in one space! Please read the FAQ section, or feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about the Airbnb, cost, or location. House Rules *PLEASE READ*: 1. There's absolutely NO smoking allowed in the house, or anywhere ON the property. PLEASE refrain from smoking - we do not want to be fined! 2. Treat this place like your own home - with care & respect. 3. No pets :( Unfortunately Aspen & Franklin will be celebrating with us from afar!

Glacier National Park International Airport

GNP International Airport is located in Kalsipell, Montana and is the closest airport to our wedding venue and Glacier National Park. It would be your best option when flying into the area!

Rental Car

Avis Car Rental

There are many car rental options, but here is one if you are having trouble finding a car renting facility. Other options in the area include using Uber (an unlikely service if you want to go to the National Park) or Turo -- renting personal cars through an app!
