What time does it start?

Doors open at 5:30 pm, the ceremony begins promptly at 6 pm.

Do I need to travel from ceremony to reception?

Answer

No, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at The Down Town Club by Cescaphe.

What is black tie optional?

Answer

Suit or tuxe for men. Formal, long dresses for women. Colors are also encouraged. Enjoy getting dressed up with the bride and groom for the evening!

Will your wedding be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held indoors

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, if you are staying at either Le Méridien or The Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Downtown, we have arranged a shuttle to bring you from the hotel to the ceremony location.

What if I have allergies/dietary restrictions?

Please let your dedicated table server know when you are putting in your dinner order and we can accommodate day-of based on your specific needs.

Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding ceremony or reception. We appreciate your understanding.
