The airport is located approximately 20 minutes away from the Hotel Covington. Guests staying at the Hotel Covington can call the Hotel to arrange a hotel shuttle from the airport.

The wedding ceremony and reception on Sunday will be held at Hotel Covington, and the Saturday Welcome Party is just a few minutes walk away. Please click the link below to reserve in our room block. If there is a lack of availability, please let Dan or Heather know and we can add additional rooms. Please make Hotel Covington room reservations before July 15th, 2025. If you want to extend your stay beyond Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, please let us know and we will attempt to get you additional nights at the same rate. Hotel Covington offers a shuttle service from the CVG airport (call front desk to arrange) and also has a garage for overnight parking.
