Hotel Walloon

Our wedding events will occur at Hotel Walloon, and we will have the entire hotel for the weekend! If you are interested in staying at Hotel Walloon, we encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible. Rooms are limited — A two-night (Friday-Sunday) minimum reservation is required. Please call Hotel Walloon and reference the Krzyzaniak/Bouchard Wedding to make a reservation.

Courtyard by Marriott Petoskey at Victories Square

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Petoskey hotel. If you would like to book a room here, please do so by September 25.

Flight

Detroit Metro Airport (DTW)

DTW is the main airport in Michigan. It's roughly 3-4 hours south of Hotel Walloon and surrounding areas. If you plan to fly into DTW, we recommend communicating with family and friends who live in the Detroit/Ann Arbor area to consider carpooling Up North.

Cherry Capital Aiport (TVC)

TVC is a smaller airport located in Traverse City, Michigan and it's roughly one hour southwest of Hotel Walloon and surrounding areas. We recommend flying into TVC if you are not planning on visiting with any family/friends in the Detroit/Ann Arbor area.

Travel Note

Traveling to Northern Michigan

Northern Michigan is about 3-4 hours north of the Detroit/Ann Arbor area. Daniel and I will be leaving on Thursday to drive up to Hotel Walloon. Other members of our immediate family and wedding party will be arriving on Friday. Anyone and everyone is encouraged to travel up on Friday to join us for our welcome event in the evening!

Surrounding Areas to Stay

Hotel Walloon is located in Walloon Village which is situated between Boyne City and Petoskey. If you are looking to book an Airbnb, we recommend looking in Boyne City, Petoskey, or Charlevoix. Charlevoix would be the furthest and is about a 30-minute drive from Walloon Village.
