We met in highschool at a mutual friend's house in 2012, and spent the whole night talking to each other. After that night, we went our separate ways for almost 2 years (except for that time he asked me to his senior prom and I turned him down). The fall of my senior year of highschool and his sophomore year of college we reconnected and started spending all of our free time together! We still disagree on who kissed who first, but we both agree that we started dating on Thanksgiving day of 2013. After 2 long years, we finally got to go to prom together.
When I was accepted to college in the spring of 2014 Daniel made the decision to attend to Radford University with me. We moved into three different houses during our years at Radford University, but our love never changed. After we both graduated from Radford in May 2018, we moved back home to Charlotte County, Virginia, where I teach high school history and he works as a GIS administrator. On July 4, 2019, Daniel proposed to me at the Cliffs of Moher, Co. Clare, Ireland, and I said yes! Over the 6+ years we have been together, Daniel and I have travelled to 13 states and 4 countries, moved over 4 times, and have celebrated graduations and new jobs. Our love has lasted through what many consider the most stressful moments in life, and we both look forward to sealing our forever on July 4th, 2021!
When we got to college in the fall of 2014, we knew something was missing from our lives, so we welcomed Appa into our home! Appa grew up going through college with us, so I guess you could say we all grew up together. He loves to eat, take naps, and play soccer. We don't know how we would ever get to sleep without listening to his peaceful pug snores! After the loss of our sweet Benji, Daniel, Appa, and I were ready to bring some puppy love into our home in June 2019, and this is how we got Cooper. Cooper is an energetic little labradoodle that loves to chase rabbits, chew on literally anything he can find, and play with my dad's bird dog, Ivy. Cooper has improved all of our lives with unconditional love and energy. We are hoping to have our boys fitted for tuxedos so they can have a classy debut on our big day!
