Welcome to Colorado! Please join us at The Barrel for dinner, drinks, and live music! Transportation will be provided from select locations. Note: ALL pickups at Black Canyon Inn will be at the main office. See below for what time your pickup will be based on the cabin you’re staying in. Trolley pickup schedule for Black Canyon Inn at the main office: 6pm - for guests staying in the hotel suites 6:15 - for guests staying in cabins A, B, E 6:30 - for guests staying in cabin F Bus pickup schedule: 6pm - Estes park resort 6:10 - Holiday Inn 6:25 - Black Canyon main office for guests staying in cabins C, D, H, & J Departures: every 30 min from 8:30 pm - 10:30pm

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Transportation will be provided from select locations: 4:00pm pickup - Estes Park Resort 4:15 pickup - Holiday Inn Departures: 8:30pm, 9:30, 10:15 - Early Departures 11pm - 11:30pm - Departures to hotels & after party 12:00am – 2:00am - Departures to hotels from after party

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Breakfast and coffee will be served. Feel free to stop in for a quick bite before heading home. Transportation will not be provided.
