Wear your wedding best. Although we do not recommend shoes that are difficult to walk in as there is a very short rustic walk to the ceremony.

Free Camping for the Night of the Wedding

Everyone is welcome to car camp or bring an RV to the property for Saturday evening. The property will be open at 1:30 pm if you need to come before the wedding to set up. This is an off the grid property and there is no running water or RV hook ups. There will be drinking water provided and clean porta potties. Please come prepared and let us know if you will need to borrow camping gear. Pastries and Coffee will be provided on Sunday morning. This is where we will be having the rehearsal dinner on Friday night. All of the rooms are already booked for Friday night but there is availability for Saturday night. There will also be a private after party on Friday night at the Parson bar. Bring your own cocktail fixins and be a bartender for 30 minutes.

If there is nothing available in Walsenburg or you want a more chic mountain town there are many hotels and bed and breakfast's in Westcliffe, Colorado. It is about a 35-40 minute drive from the wedding venue. There will not be transportation provided from Westcliffe so you would need to figure out car pooling or drive yourself.

Will begin loading at 3:00 pm from La Plaza Inn in Walsenburg. Will stop at Best Western around 3:15-3:30 pm. Return trips to Walsenburg will occur at 9:30 pm and 11:15 pm and will stop at Best Western and La Plaza Inn by request. We will make announcements during the reception to remind folks. Please plan ahead!

Denver International Airport

DIA is the nearest large airport. From the airport the wedding venue is about 2.5-3 hours south on I-25. Colorado Springs also has an airport that is 1 hour closer to the wedding venue.
