Question

What should I wear to the ceremony & reception?

Answer

The dress code for this event is semi-formal. For the men, suits & ties are requested. For the ladies, a fancy cocktail dress (of any length - regular, midi, floor length) or dressy jumpsuit are all great options.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

If you noted on your RSVP card that you will be taking the shuttle - please see below for details Guest shuttles will be provided to the venue at the following times. Please be outside the hotel's main lobby 5 minutes before your pick up time. If you experience any issues or miss the shuttle, please text our coordinator Christine Wheat (518-928-3968) for assistance. Saratoga Hilton (Main/Maple Ave Exit Near Parking Lot): 3:40PM Hilton Garden Inn: 3:40PM Embassy Suites: 3:45 PM Hampton Inn & Suites: 4PM Courtyard Marriott: 4PM Starting at 9:30PM the shuttles will be making loops back to hotels & the after party on the half hour mark. After everyone has been picked up from the venue, the shuttle will make trips as needed from the after party to all hotels. The last shuttle pick up will be at 11:15PM from the after party. Should you need transportation later in the evening, Uber is popular in Saratoga.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking for ~40 vehicles will be available at the venue. Attendants will be present to direct & assist you.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony & reception will take place INDOORS at Canfield Casino.

Question

Does the party stop after the wedding?

Answer

Nope! We hope you can join us over at Harvey's Pub after the wedding to keep the night going. We will have a private space & late-night snacks! Cocktails, Beer + Wine will be available for purchase. Note: there is no elevator access to the second floor.

Can I remove an item from the Zola registry if I choose to purchase from a different store?

Answer

Yes - thank you so much! If you purchased a registry item from a different retailer please call the Zola support team at (408) 657-9652. Provide the registry name (Jackie Laster & Dan Colantonio), Wedding Date (107/23) and the item information. The Zola team will mark this item as "purchased."

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes - if you are looking at our venue there is an accessible ramp on the left hand side! All wedding events will take place on the first floor. Please note: the shuttles will unfortunately not have an accessible ramp.
