Frequently Asked Questions

If you have questions other than what is listed here, please reach out to Hailey or Dan. Thank you for your love and support of our new marriage during such an uncertain time! We appreciate your patience and understanding more than you know!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

For in-town family, siblings and parents please RSVP by September 26th, 2020 if you plan to come in person. For our in-town friends, out-of-state friends and out-of-state family, please RSVP by October 3rd, 2020. If needed, we will need to purchase a Zoom package to host a large amount of virtual guests.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are attending the wedding in person, please arrive before 4:30pm as we will have pre-ceremony cocktails available with our bartender. For those of you attending virtually, please arrive online around 4:45pm (MST) as we will start at 5:00pm.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

For our family attending the ceremony, there will be a variety of food options at the food truck. If you are concerned, please reach out to Hailey or Dan. We want to make sure accommodations are available.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Parking for the ceremony will be on the street of the neighborhood. For our grandparents, we will have an area reserved for you for parking in front of the house.

Question

Are masks required for the in-person ceremony?

Answer

Due to a variety of family members at our wedding ceremony with various health concerns, we ask that you wear a mask for the ceremony. Our wedding party will not be in masks due to photographs being taken, however we ask that everyone else please wear a mask.

Question

What precautions are you taking to make the in-person ceremony and dinner safe?

Answer

During our ceremony, we will keep chairs at a distance throughout the backyard. We will have everyone wear masks and we will keep our distance. We want everyone to feel comfortable, so please stay as long as you would like, or feel free to leave early as we understand that each person should take into account their own health. After the ceremony, dinner will be served with tables spread out throughout the backyard. We will not be having a dance floor and for entertainment backyard games and boat rides will be available.

Question

If I am an in-town family member, can I come to the wedding and skip the dinner? What should I do if I do not feel comfortable attending your wedding?

Answer

We want everyone to do what makes them the most comfortable. If our in-town family members would like to attend the wedding but do not feel comfortable staying for dinner, we completely understand. If our in-town family members do not feel comfortable attending our wedding in-person, we would love to have you attend our wedding virtually.

Question

When is your reception for out-of town family members and friends?

Answer

At this time, we don't know what guidelines and restrictions will look like in the future. We decided that once everything opens up again, we will renew our vows and celebrate how we originally planned. We do not currently have a date for our future reception however we will send out invitations once we make those decisions.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are slowly working on our registry. There is a tab on our wedding website if you would like to browse. Thank you for being so kind, but please do not feel obligated. Our goal is to marry one another and celebrate our new marriage with you all.
